Access to and use of this website are subject to the following conditions. Please do not use this website unless you agree with these conditions. This website is a personal blog and website has been developed by Austin Whittall. (hereinafter to be referred to as AW) and is administrated by the same.

AW reserves the right to discontinue or to make partial or complete modifications to this website or to the General Terms and Conditions of Use, to my General Terms and Conditions. Please note that AW may make such changes at my own discretion and without prior announcement. I have done our greatest efforts to verify its accuracy and validity, the web site may also include data from different sources (credits are mentioned), however, it (the information, data, contents) shall in no event be held to constitute or imply any warranty, undertaking, express or implied commitment from our part. 14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction.

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, Argentine law. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Argentina shall (subject to the paragraph below) have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these Terms or the legal relationship established by them, and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the Argentine courts.

For the exclusive benefit of AW, AW shall retain the right to bring proceedings as to the substance of the matter in the courts of the country of the visitor's residence or, where these Terms are entered into in the course of your trade or profession, the country of your principal place of business.

15. Other.

a) Improper links. I have done our utmost efforts in order to verify the links that our pages may lead to, their contents may change without us knowing. Therefore please inform us of any links which may contradict our linking policy as. so that I can eliminate any such links.

b) Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
